HAPPY children's day!

eh, happy OLD children's day to those who are already sixteen,
and happy children's day to those whose bd for this year have not passed.

therefore, those under age of sixteen are children!

and to those who are already sixteen, you are still children of ur parents right?
it's just that u are OLD already.
